Kinetic Management Services provides advice and guidance to organisations, support employers, manage claims and injury management/rehabilitation, or we manage the whole process on behalf of your organisation. We offer several options that will suit your business, from one off advice over the phone to monthly reviews of your Claims management on an ongoing basis.

We are recognised for our ability to assist organisations with early identification of potential claims (including stress, harassment & bullying), as a result of existing claim and claims management processes, or performance management / disciplinary procedures.

Provision of education and training for both management and employees in the claims and injury management process (obligations / requirements on both the employer and employee, including an understanding of the impact not just on day to day operations / financials, but on premiums), and the benefits of early intervention.

We have extensive experience in developing relationships with healthcare professionals to support the early intervention and return to work of injured/ill employees (regardless of whether work related or not). This ensures minimal financial impact for both the organisation and employee, whilst also ensuring that the employer and employee are meeting their legal obligations.

Our experienced consultants have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the impact of the claims management and Return To Work process that organisations experience from both the financial, human resources, employee/industrial relations perspective, which assists with the obligation of immediate / early intervention.

Advice, guidance and support is provided to clients in a professional, non threatening manner, in a simple, practical and easy to understand format, tailored to the nature and size of the organisation. You are provided with options and advantages / consequences of compliance / non-compliance. Information, options and solutions are provided to any concerns / issues raised in an unemotional manner.

Small Business – Return to Work Essentials

Kinetic Management Services are pleased to announce that we have been engaged by WorkSafe to deliver the new Small Business – Return to Work Essentials service. This is a new service available from 27 January 2009 for selected small businesses with less than $1 million remuneration per year.

The Small Business – Return to Work Essentials service is designed to address the particular needs of small employers by providing them with support, advice and practical assistance focussing on Return to Work, soon after a time loss claim is registered.

The Small Business – Return to Work Essentials service is a once only service delivered by a Return to Work Essentials Consultant at the employer’s workplace. It is only available to eligible small employers and employer participation is voluntary. If you are eligible to receive this service your WorkSafe Agent will contact you to discuss the service.
